The Cellars

The Cellars are a local indie acoustic duo comprised of Sinead and Bella. They perform predominantly original songs, sifting through the confusion and tensions that arise as they reflect on their journey into womanhood. Join them as they express their thoughts and experiences, questioning and attempting to dismantle the repressive constructs they have internalised growing up in our capitalist, patriarchal system. The Cellars believe we are in the forever process of undoing and reframing what it means to be women, and hope to build a sense of solidarity amongst those willing to question the world around them.
