Gather your chums and join us for Tea Time Talkies at The Roxy - a relaxed, indulgent Sunday afternoon with a classic movie and delicious Devonshire Tea!

On Sunday 12th September we are bringing A Streetcar Named Desire back to the big screen! Join us at 1:30pm for this feverish rendition of a heart-rending story. Based on the play by Tennessee Williams, this renowned drama follows troubled former schoolteacher Blanche DuBois (Vivien Leigh) as she leaves small-town Mississippi and moves in with her sister, Stella Kowalski (Kim Hunter), and her husband, Stanley (Marlon Brando), in New Orleans. Blanche's flirtatious Southern-belle presence causes problems for Stella and Stanley, who already have a volatile relationship, leading to even greater conflict in the Kowalski household.

The film screening will consist of a 30-minute intermission where a delicious Devonshire Tea awaits (a cup of tea and traditional homemade scone with cream and jam).

All tickets are $24.

*Strictly no dietaries catered for.

Bookings essential.
