Te Rā o Waitangi is all about coming together to commemorate Aotearoa’s national day.
Bring your friends and whānau along to Te Wharewaka at 10 am and then to Waitangi Park from noon onwards to enjoy toi, kai and waiata through to the early evening.

A delicious hāngi will be available from midday, but you’ll need to be quick – there are only 500 servings! You can also dig into a café version of the classic Karaka Café hāngi – available at the café from 10:30am to midday.
