Ria Hall (Ngāi Te Rangi, Ngāti Ranginui) headlines with her signature style of roots, reggae and reo. Marvel at the sounds of Mara TK (Ngāi Tahu, Ngāti Kahungunu, Tainui), as he combines soul and psychedelic electronica. Prolific beatmaker and turntablist, DJ Spell’s (Ngāti Porou, Tainui) live set will deliver west coast-inspired hip hop, with some of the best Māori MC’s joining him on stage. Enjoy Māori/ Samoan neo soul singer LaCoco (Ngāti Kahu, Ngā Ruahine, Papa Sataua), whose sound is rooted in gospel, RnB and jazz.

Indulge your taste buds and your ears, in what promises to be a feast for your senses! Come together for a unique evening of culture in the city as Matariki Festival 2021 comes to a close.

Te Korakora on Takutai is brought to you by Auckland Council in partnership with Ngāti Whātua Ōrākei, with support from Britomart, Flava, Vector Lights and Auckland City of Music.
