Katyayani of Cacao Aroha Heart Medicine Journeys & Sammy of Nourish Yoga invite you for a very special Sunday afternoon of self-love, self-care & deep healing.

On this powerful day of the Lion's Gate Portal (Leo rules the heart) and during the dark moon phase we combine the heart-opening plant medicine of ceremonial cacao with nourishing restorative yoga followed by a 432-hertz crystal sound healing. At the time of the dark moon, it is a sacred time to journey within, to reflect, to surrender & release.

Cacao Ceremony

Held with great reverence by your Katyayani who is a natural, intuitive sacred space holder and creates a safe container for your journey. We will invoke the spirit of cacao to the space and set an intention from our hearts.
Ceremonial Cacao

Cacao is one of the most ancient and sacred plant medicines there is. She has been used medicinally and ceremonially by shamans and healers for thousands of years to unlock euphoric states, release negative emotions & connect to pure heart energy.

Cacao creates a gentle but powerful & beautiful natural elevation & expansion of heart-centred consciousness. A cacao ceremony is a wonderful opportunity to connect within, open your heart and get clarity and guidance on answers you may be seeking. We are able to release stuck patterns in our bodies, emotions and mind to be able to experience true union with the divine.

Nourish Yoga With Sammy

This is the permission gifted to you by your heart space to relax and receive…receive replenishment on all levels.
Your physical body will be supported with yoga props to allow you to rest deep into your bones.
Your breath body will be given the opportunity to expand into the darkest corners of your physical body.
Your mental body will quieten and support you as you drop into deeper layers of surrender.
Your wisdom body activates healing states across all organs, systems and energy fields.
You arrive in your BLISS BODY -
merging with your soul and receiving divine guidance through a love that never ends.

Crystal Sound Bowls

Katyayani guides you through a deep relaxation & chakra meditation in Shavasana to the sacred sounds of the crystal singing bowls & chakra chimes. Both are attuned to 432 hertz, the harmonic of nature, of Mama Gaia.
As our bodies are crystalline in structure, they are receptive to deep healing on all levels through sound therapy. As you surrender to the vibrations, your body will be cleansed, balanced & recalibrated. Leaving you relaxed & peaceful & in a state of bliss.
