Summer Soirée

An evening of live jazz, food and wine in the gardens of Howick Historical Village. Enjoy live performances from Napoli Central and TriBus.

TribUs is made up of Andrew Hall – saxophone and vocals, Ben Fernandez – keyboards and Paul Naveen – drums. Their music is a unique blend of styles, genres and cultures played in their own unique improvised style. Their repertoire includes jazz, swing, blues, Latin, pop favourites, R & B, world music and also their own compositions.

Andrew, Ben and Paul are professional musicians and composers and play at leading venues and festivals around NZ and overseas.

Napoli Central is led by Luca Cipoletta. Luca moved to Auckland from Naples 20 years ago, and after meeting double bass maestro Alberto Santarelli he decided to study jazz at Massey University.

Luca’s Italian-infused jazz band has been playing at Auckland events since 2013. You may have event met him behind the counter of his pizza truck that he operates at weekends!
