A charming and heart-warming adaptation, based on the classic novel by Edith Nesbit.
When their father is suddenly taken away by police on Christmas Eve the Waterbury Children - Roberta, Phyllis and Peter - have to relocate to Yorkshire with their mother, downsizing to a cottage and finding new friends and adventures in the town of Oakworth.
This screening follows the Isel Twilight Market which starts at 4 pm. Come for dinner, or bring a picnic, gather a group, a picnic, perhaps put on your favourite onesie and join us to enjoy the park and watch the region’s glorious summer sunsets before the movie starts. Wrap up warm and please pocket a torch to light your way home.
