Probably the most popular of the stages over recent years with nine laps of the Martinborough Circuit; including the super-fast esses past Martinborough Square. Get to Martinborough from 11:00am to see the riders arrive from Masterton for the first lap.

Traditionally there's a breakaway which gets mowed down in the last lap for a super-fast bunch sprint finish. But who knows this year?

Bluebridge Bike Club is providing a prize of return ferry trip for a family of four and their car. The best dressed, noisiest, most colourful supporters go in the draw.
