Come and spend a day in our bakery workshop learning from experienced baker Peter van Beek.
This is a hands-on workshop teaching you all the tips and techniques for making sourdough.
You will learn how to make a dough using a mother starter, fold and shape your loaf then bake it using methods you can easily do in your own kitchen.
We provide a light lunch of local seasonal products and freshly baked bread also tea and coffee.
At the end of the workshop, you will take home your very own baked loaf along with your own dough to experiment at home with and a sourdough starter.
