Join Cheryl Farthing in the studio for a Sound Bath Journey; a chance to journey inward, invite a quiet space to the mind and find a sense of deep relaxation as you're guided by various different sounds in a safe and cosy space.

Cheryl will bring her 17 Crystal Tones bowls along with traditional Nepalese and Tibetan bowls, shamanic drum, native American flute, sansula and other sound healing instruments.

The crystal bowls are made of the highest quality (99.992% pure!) quartz crystal, making them incredibly resonant. Made only with ethically sourced high-grade US crystal. Cheryl will bring a frosted chakra set and 10 alchemy bowls that have in gemstones and precious metals such as 24-carat gold, silver and platinum added to the firing. All bowls are made with intention.
