Our first social mixer of the year and a new collaboration with the fabulous No.4 Bar & Restaurant.
Social Mixers are a fun, open and organic way to interact with like-minded people. As singles develop app-based dating fatigue, our Social Mixers are a great opportunity to communicate face to face, get a better feel for who a person is and connect with other people in a safe and supported environment. Nothing beats eye contact, tone of voice and body language. Meeting your special someone shouldn't be anything but a comfortable and relaxed experience. Our fabulous hosts will greet and assist you as you need throughout the event. We know the thought of 'dating' can be daunting, which is why you will be very welcomed and supported to take everything at your own pace. Our Social Mixers are open, ticketed events for singles only. While we do our very best to balance age and gender, this cannot always be guaranteed. Fun, social people, in a well thought out environment, with no expectations other than enjoying yourself! What could be easier?
No.4 Bar & Restaurant is a premium establishment in the heart of Merivale, Christchurch. This friendly neighbourhood gastropub boasts a lively atmosphere throughout the week and into the weekend. We have the library exclusively for us with its own private bar. There will be tables and seating available and the Chef welcomes you to purchase a meal or snacks if you are feeling peckish.
This event is capped at 60 guests and open to all ages. Everyone is welcome and made to feel comfortable, this is a great night to invite your single friends along as the more the merrier!
Your hosts will be welcoming you and making sure you are having a good time throughout the event. We will also be there to chat with you if you are feeling a little nervous, as well as introduce you to other guests making the transition from arriving alone to engaging with others super easy.
