“Spanda", is a Sanskrit word meaning “divine vibration”, or pulse. This term is used to describe how Consciousness, at the subtlest level, moves in waves of contraction and expansion.

Join us for a heart-expanding evening combining sacred ceremonial cacao and freeform movement.

Together we will sit in ceremony as you are guided through a heart-opening meditation with the loving support of cacao.

When drinking ceremonial cacao the electromagnetic field around your heart expands, when we come together as a group this energy is amplified.

After the ceremony, we clear the floor and allow our hearts to guide us as we let loose with an embodied Ecstatic Dance!
