New releases from the complantation domaine. Domaine Marcel Deiss championed the revival of this ancient practice and has elevated complantation, or field blends, to the top levels. Discover their latest bottlings entirely from complanted vineyards - picked as one and fermented together. The entire array of Alsace varieties is employed in the domaine’s expressions of village and site. Starting with the Alsace Nature, we will explore the concept of complantation through three village wines, three of what Deiss is calling their ‘1er Cru’ sites, and finishing with Grand Cru.
