The focus of this day retreat is to renew our body, mind and soul after yet another bumpy year. Its a chance reset and rejuvenate for the holiday season to come. Explore ways to flow through this time of change and gain nourishment for the new year to come.
What to expect:
- Morning embodied flow practice exploring Pranayama (breath work) Kriya (cleanse) + Mantra (sound) leading into a juicy flowing session to revitalise the body
- Korero(talk) on mind, heart, gut connection and how we can access this and deeply listen to our bodies, as well as understanding the underlying science of this connection
- Delicious plant based lunch, snacks and refreshments
- Plant based cooking workshop, you get to take home your very own GF seed loaf
- Gentle Yin yoga session to complete the day
- Nourishing goodie bag to take home
- Option to stay after for a massage or spa (extra)
