What is Capoeira?
Capoeira is a Brazilian Martial Art mixed with dance and music! In capoeira, you have the opportunity to learn acrobatics, martial arts techniques, percussion instruments, singing, culture and language. Capoeira is an awesome way to improve your coordination, fitness and flexibility.

What do I bring?
Just wear comfortable sport clothes and bring a bottle of water. No prior experience or level of fitness necessary!

What if I miss the first session?
Every session is open to new students, first class free for first-timers. Come and have a trial session.
