'Refreshing Human Rights for our Time and Place'
Paul Hunt argues that, although human rights have made a major contribution to our society, they urgently need refreshing for our time and place. They have become fractured, narrow, legalistic and insufficiently contextual. He outlines how human rights can become more relevant and meaningful to the everyday lives of everyone in Aotearoa
