Start the New Year the right way with a celebration of all things wellness at the Pukeiti Feel-Good Festival with guest speaker Michelle Yandle!

Enjoy free classes from some of Taranaki's leading wellbeing practitioners and come away feeling revived!

10.15am Michelle Yandle Guest Speaker - Talks to us about the four cornerstones of good health

11am – Kids yoga with Sanctuary Hill Retreat – A fun and engaging class for the kids.

11.30am - Hayley Benseman – An introduction to the benefits of natural skincare.
Join Hayley as she shows us how to make natural and effective skin care recipes at home.
Hayley is certified in Aroma Science and is the creator behind Hayley Benseman Skincare, a NZ first mindful skincare range using local native flora and 100% natural ingredients.

12pm – Adults yoga
Join Bhavani from Sanctuary Hill during this event in an outdoor yoga session appropriate for all levels.
This session will include guided yoga postures, gentle flow, breathing practices and simple meditation techniques.
This class will be designed to target key body areas that are commonly tight or easily injured.
Please bring water and a yoga mat.

1pm – A Guided Nature Meditation with Cat Neale, The Medicine Woman.
The memory of being truly at one with nature exists within the DNA of all people. For the past twenty years Cat personally has been awakening this memory and she now assists others to achieve the same. Close your eyes as you listen to this meditative story written by Cat to take you into the magic of nature where healing, wisdom and inspiration resides.
Bring something comfortable to sit or lie on.

1.30pm – Guided bush walk – Connect with nature on a guided walk through the native rainforest.
Approx. one hour, moderate fitness required. We will be going off track. Please wear suitable outdoor shoes and clothing.
Not recommending for small children or the less abled.

Please meet on the main lawn for all events.
