Puarenga parkrun is a free, weekly, timed 5km run or walk for people of all ages and abilities.
It starts each Saturday at 8am with an event briefing around 7.50am.
Dogs welcome, one per person on a short lead only.
Children under 11 must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
No bikes or scooters allowed.
Please register on the parkrun website and bring your printed barcode along in order to get your time recorded.
There are 34 parkruns in New Zealand, once registered you can run at any parkrun. No need to book ahead, turn up in time for the briefing.
