Frank Hogan from the Child Poverty Action Group (CPAG) talks about the problem of child poverty and inequality in New Zealand and the great work of CPAG in advocating for change. The talk and the Q&A session afterwards will explore what we can do, both as individuals and as a community, to support the call for change.
Child Poverty Action Group strives to achieve the elimination of child poverty in Aotearoa New Zealand. CPAG works to provide evidence-based research about the causes and effects of poverty on children and their families, and to inform the public, policymakers, media and politicians of the changes to policy needed to reduce child poverty.
Frank Hogan is the housing and law spokesperson for CPAG.
