Gather the family for a stunning Central Hawke’s Bay picnic at Tikokino Peonies.
Precious peonies flower for just one month of the year so this is a very special event with limited availability.
Soak up the October sun and enjoy the sweet sounds of Fuego Latino at this exquisite family friendly event. Bring a blanket or a chair and find your favourite spot in the 3.5 acres of planted peonies to listen to the sweet sounds of Fuego Latino. FUEGO LATINO is a four piece band from Hawkes Bay playing latino/gypsy grooves with an amazing variety of instruments. Songs from Gypsy Kings, Buena Vista Social Club and much more.

Originally a horse paddock as recently as 2015 and located 50 km south of Hastings on State Highway 50, the garden has been lovingly cultivated. There are over 80 varieties of peonies throughout the property, ranging from whites to the soft pinks, right through to deep dark reds.

Running for 11am to 2pm, the event will be catered by Tikokino School as a fundraiser.
Ticket price includes entry, packed picnic and live music.
