Pegasus parkrun: 250th Run & 5th Birthday

Pegasus parkrun joins the parkrun 250 club on Saturday, 26-June! It’s also our 5th Birthday and a celebration is in order!

Come along and join the celebration in shades of GREEN, tutu’s or fancy dress of your choice as we do the 5km course by Lake Pegasus! We have lots planned for the day!

Pegasus parkrun became a part of the community at Pegasus Town in June 2016 with 61 participants. Over 17,000 people have run, walked, and jogged with us on a Saturday morning. Pegasus parkrunners have a covered a staggering 85,000km around Lake Pegasus since we first started

The First Timers Briefing is at 7:50am and the run briefing for the main event starts at 7:55am.

parkruns are a positive, welcoming, and inclusive community experience where there is no time limit, and no one ever finishes last. Everyone is welcome, whether you walk, jog, run, volunteer, or spectate. You don’t have to be fast, all ages are welcome and you don’t have any prior experience.
