This event is funded by Foundation North and run in partnership with whānau from Te Waiariki/Ngati Korora.

Please note: this is a drift snorkel where you may experience some current!

When:
First snorkel: 12:00-1:30pm
Second snorkel: 1:30pm-3pm
Third snorkel: 3pm-4:30

Sea conditions permitting. Postponements announced via facebook and website. Please note we are unable to make last-minute changes via eventfinda. Back-up date 14th March 2021.

Directions:
Pataua estuary, Pataua. We will set up our EMR trailer at Pataua South near the toilets - but if you are coming from the northern side just walk over the bridge!
Just in case you are not familiar with Pataua - the bridge connecting Pataua North and South is a foot bridge only, so you will need to pick the side that you are driving to before the start of your journey. If you are coming from Whangarei or further south it's probably easiest to drive to Pataua South, if you are coming from further north it may be best to drive to Pataua North!

Koha/Donations welcome.

Please do not attend this event if you are unwell
