Parents As Career Educators Seminar

Guiding teenagers through the various career and study options available to them in the modern world can be a challenge. They see so many choices and hear different views from peers and others – it can be hard for them to know what the right choice is.

This free seminar will assist parents and caregivers of Year 10-13 students with skills to help their teen get the information they need and evaluate their options.

The seminar will cover:

- Choosing tertiary options to suit your teen
- Communicating effectively with your teen
- Key questions to consider
- Top skills/attributes sought by employers

A UC Career Consultant will take you through a range of strategies on how you can support your teenager's career decisions.
