With the harvest upon us, we’re delighted to bring you a night of lively conversation, delicious food, and exceptional wines from Craggy Range.
Widely regarded as one of the leading wineries in New Zealand, Craggy Range is a family-owned winery specializing in the production of expressive single vineyard wines from New Zealand's most prestigious winegrowing locations. On the night we'll take a "tasting tour" from their iconic base under Te Mata Peak in the Hawke's Bay to their Martinborough vineyards which specialize in cool climate wines.
David Peabody, a member of the Peabody family which owns Craggy Range, will guide us through the different varietals, vineyards and vintages from this iconic New Zealand winery. Meanwhile, you will enjoy a sensational dinner designed by Otahuna’s much-loved Executive Chef Jimmy McIntyre.
Included in the tariff of $250 per person are:
- 6:30 PM arrival with wine and canapés served in the Lodge’s Drawing Room and Entry Hall
- An exquisite 4-course degustation dinner, designed to complement the extraordinary wines of Craggy Range, and served in the Ballroom
- A curated selection of multiple, leading wines from Craggy Range
- Tea and coffee

For those who act fast, the first bookings for this evening enjoy the option of an indulgent overnight stay–inclusive of breakfast the following morning–at the highly preferential, additional rate of $950 (GST inclusive).
