NZSO Christmas Concert

Listen to the classical and traditional Christmas tunes performed live at Te Papa by the New Zealand Symphony Orchestra.

From Rossini’s ‘Barber of Seville Overture’ to Anderson’s ‘Sleigh Ride’, the NZSO is ready to showcase its musical talent to entertain kids and grown-ups, with Christmas only a few sleeps away! Don’t miss Te Papa’s yearly appointment with great music and fun. With two concerts in Soundings Theatre, plus an interlude by the Brass Ensemble, this beloved Wellington tradition launches the holiday season on the notes of Tchaikovsky’s ‘Nutcracker’, ‘Twelve Days of Christmas’ and other famous classical pieces, involving the audience with some nice interactive moments.
