NZSO: Astral Waves

Be delighted and moved by Astral Waves–a one-night only orchestral event in the presence of The Ten Largest (1907). Ensembles from the New Zealand Symphony Orchestra (NZSO) perform ten pieces in tribute to Hilma af Klint’s monumental and exuberantly colourful, The Ten Largest.

This event is in partnership with the NZSO. Celebrating its first 75 years next year, they have charmed audiences with memorable musical experiences since 1946. The evening starts with a tour of Hilma af Klint: The Secret Paintings, commencing at 6:30pm, with guests then seated for a one-hour performance from 7pm.

At Alert Level 2, this event has limited capacity to ensure correct hygiene measures and social distancing. We do require the audience to socially distance and wear masks. If there is a shift in Alert Levels, we will notify all bookings.
