Exploring the heart and throat areas with Nada Yoga and specific asana flows for grounding, opening and calming.
We will work with breath, exploring the potential of sound, voice and vibration within the body and its energy fields. We will work with asanas, chakra toning and mantra. This workshop will be a chance to open to your voices potential, to deepen your yoga practice and to align more with your higher self.
This is a 'taster' workshop to give you a feel for this style of yoga and how it works in a holistic way to deepen your yoga practice. Using physical, perceptual and somatic explorations to open the voice and the energy centres of the body. We will work with bija seed sounds, tonal range, breath and resonance; assisting awareness of the ‘whole’ body.
