Do mothers ever get a break? Yes they do… Here comes a precious pause, a sweet embrace, a perfect gift for your mum, daughter, sister, cousin, friend or yourself. Inviting all women to celebrate mother’s day this year with a pampering afternoon at Space studio.
Please come join this 2.5h session and do as much or as little as you wish. There will be an offering to gently move your body with an all level yoga sequence, to slow down the mind with a guided heart meditation, to draw a card, have a cuppa and perhaps a kind word with each other. Or you can simply rest back and don’t move a finger. Just whatever nourishes you.
Treat yourself or someone you care about to this special day of self-care and some designated feel-good time. Pause, embrace and connect.
Mats and all materials are provided.
Feel free to bring your own yoga mat, journal and an eye pillow if you wish.
