Start your day off in the sunshine with this vinyasa class!
The perfect combination of stretching and strengthening, this class is designed to kick start your weekend. Options are weaved throughout, making it open to all levels. Whether you are new to yoga, or an experienced yogi, this class is created for you. An after class swim and coffee are highly recommended.
Bring your own mat or towel and some water.
To book: Walk-in or book online.
Children aged 9-12 are free with a paying adult and do not need to book.
Students 13-21 are $5*, for the student price use the discount code STUDENT at the checkout. Please note students aged 13-16 need parent or guardian permission to attend by themselves.
Adults are $10*.
Following public health advice, there will be a covid QR scanner hand sanitiser, and a two-metre distance between mats.
