Albert Square is coming alive next week! We’re kicking off summer with free popup mini golf in the park. Gather your friends and whānau and head into Hastings for a game Thurs 2nd ‘til Sun 5th.

If you go on Saturday afternoon, you can also see a live mini grand piano performance by talented Hawke’s Bay musicians Anton Wuts and Joe Dobson (from Undergrand). They’re performing in Albert Square from 6pm-730pm. You could make an evening of it: have a go at golf, eat dinner on Heretaunga St then come back for the live tunes!

Be sure to check out our awesome Christmas festivities while you’re there. Santa’s giant, glowing reindeer Stinger, Nickolas, Jingles and Apollo are due to arrive in Albert Square any day now. (This special breed prefers the Hawke’s Bay sunshine at this time of year!) Heretaunga and Russel streets are also shining bright with LED festive lighting. Plus you’ll see Santa and his sleigh outside Westermans café on Russell St.

Length: Each game is approximately 30 minutes.

Bookings are free, but are important due to COVID restrictions so we can keep track of numbers. (Only one booking is required per group. Four people (maximum) per booking.)
