About the Day Retreat:
Start your New Year by engaging in these powerful methods to solve your daily problems, improve your relationships and easily make progress on the spiritual path.

We all wish to change and aspire to be a better person, more peaceful, kinder, loving and compassionate. The best way to fulfil these wishes is to train in loving kindness. On this day retreat our Resident Teacher, Kelsang Luma will teach and guide four meditations on developing loving-kindness. Through this, you can discover an inexhaustible fountain of happiness within your own heart; your love for others. You can then take these new methods back into your daily lives to benefit yourself and others.

Suitable for beginners and advanced. Everybody is welcome
