Suitable for everyone, these walk-in classes offer practical methods to help everyone find inner peace, happiness and well-being through meditation and Buddhist wisdom. Each class is self-contained so you can drop-in any week. A different topic is taught every 3–4 weeks. Beginners welcome.

Improving Relationships — 5-week series

Our relationships with others can have a huge impact on our happiness. Imagine if all your relationships were free from conflict and deeply satisfying.

On this course we will explore practical methods for improving and transforming our relationships with our family, friends, colleagues and others. Through practising the meditations taught on this course, we can learn to let go of painful minds towards others and replace them with minds of loving kindness and patience that bring real joy and inner peace.
