Not quite breakfast, not quite lunch - but the perfect excuse to get your weekend started this Summer with some of head chef Matt's favourite Mexico inspired brunch creations.

- GREEN CHILLI PORK BELLY with agave steamed bun, poached egg, hot sauce hollandaise, cucumber salsa
- BUTTERMILK FRIED CHICKEN spiced waffle, candied chorizo, chipotle butter
- BIRDSEED CRUSTED FISH TACO with Margo’s prawn cocktail, michelada shot (Dairy Free)
- HUEVOS RANCHEROS with salsa rojo, toasted feta, cowboy Beans, fried egg, blue corn tostada (Gluten Friendly)
- SMOKED TOMATO CHILAQUILES with corn salsa, scrambled tofu, Raglan coconut yoghurt, avocado whip (Gluten Friendly, Vegan)
