Do you find yourself longing to re-live the past? Reminiscing about exciting relationships, lost loved-ones and past experiences? Or are you troubled by past traumas and harm that you cannot let go of? These emotional problems affect us all at some time in our lives and leave us feeling empty, dissatisfied and unable to move on and enjoy life.
For centuries Buddhism has provided the answer to these problems. On this course, Buddhist monk Kelsang Lachpa will teach the art of letting go. He will explain the positive thinking techniques and meditations that make us strong, happy and able to move forward in life with confidence.
