What happens on the day?

- A deep warm-up dance to land in all your 4 Bodies, emotional, intellectual, physical & energetic.
- Within the day we weave together conscious dance, creative writing, and individual, partner and group exercises, all designed to open to your inner world, instead of finding answers in the outside the invitation is to find what’s already there.
- Please bring a shared lunch
- In the afternoon we will be supported by Markham Phillips for a contact dance jam. Markham will offer us the basics to have an experience of contact dance and this will create a space to practise connection with all 4 bodies. Gentle integration of all that’s been experienced.
