This is your chance to visit Wellington’s oldest church and explore the world’s oldest Christmas story... the Nativity.

St Peters is delighted to welcome children on our Journey to Bethlehem. Visit four stations in our beautiful historic church, each focusing on one part of the nativity story – the story of the baby Jesus’ birth – the story of Christmas. There are stories to read, activities to do and things to take away at each station. We hope that as you journey through the church you will come to know the nativity story more deeply. And for the adults - take a good look at the beautiful and historic glass windows in St Peter’s. They tell stories, both biblical but also of Wellington.
