Free educational support group for anyone bereaved or impacted by suicide. Join us each month or attend just one. Bring a support person if you wish.

Tuesday 29th June in Tauranga - Stigma and Silence. The reality after the loss, others opinions, unspoken rules, changes in friendships and working relationships.

Monday 5th July in Papamoa and Tuesday 27th July in Tauranga - Families Changed. What puts strain on relationships and what helps? The effects of blame, shame, regret and guilt. 

Monday 2nd August in Papamoa and Tuesday 31st August in Tauranga - Identity Redefined. How much has our identity changed, do we see ourselves differently, how do others treat us now, can we change this, do we want too, and if so, how?

Monday 6th September in Papamoa and Tuesday 28th September in Tauranga - The Life That WAS Lived. Let's celebrate the life that was lived, honour our loved one's memory and share the significance they had in this world.
