Hobnail

Bent Horseshoe and Hokowhitu Bowling Club present Hobnail. Hobnail have been great supporters of ours for many years.

They are always a great band to see with a fantastic mix of covers and originals.

They have been going for over 25years and have played in Europe and the USA in that time and of course, have toured NZ many times.

They have a Celtic/country feel and can play some foot-stomping fiddle led music at times and then some great guitar songs.

All the members of the band are masters of the instruments and fun to watch.

Since they were last here they have added Murray Costello on Bass and Hamish has gone to second guitar.

This has filled out the sound and they have reworked many of their older songs.

Always one of our favourites.
