Meet your kaiārahi  (guide) at the front desk of Auckland Art Gallery Toi o Tāmaki and be part of a relaxing, rewarding experience that will expand awareness of your surroundings as well as encouraging mindful breathing, movement and interaction with the artworks.

This walking tour lasts for approximately 90 minutes, and covers approximately 1 kilometre of gentle walking with regular stops.  We finish the hīkoi at Britomart, in the heart of the city’s café and bar district.
