I am Guy Montgomery and anyone who tells you otherwise is a liar. This is my latest hour long stand up comedy show in which I joke around about the world and my crazy life! Jokes include an analysis of the 6PM news, techniques to navigate small talk and a comprehensive A-Z list of healthy eating options. This is my seventh and best hour-long show and I can’t wait to show the nation!

THE GUY

Guy Montgomery is a Billy T award winning stand up comedian and improviser based in Auckland who has an overwhelming desire to perform stand up comedy all across New Zealand.

Before the world shut down because everyone kept getting sick, Guy performed at the prestigious, invitation-only, Just For Laughs Montreal, the Edinburgh Fringe Festival, the Melbourne International Comedy Festival and taped a set for Comedy Central US. He is also the co-host of the international smash podcast The Worst Idea of All Time with over eighteen million downloads and soldout tours in the US, UK and Australia. In New Zealand he is a regular on 7 Days, Have You Been Paying Attention, was a stand out on this year’s Comedy Gala and is currently in the second season of Taskmaster NZ. He also won Best Male Stand Up Comedian at the 2017 and 2020 New Zealand Comedy Guild Awards.
