Ōtaki College's horticultural garden is a fantastic resource with huge potential that like us all is looking for some loving and attention!

Kate Lindsay, one of the Learning Support Coordinators for Te Kāhui Tokotoko o Ōtaki and Mike King from 'Finders eaters foraging' https://www.finderseatersforaging.com/ are excited to get things moving again.
We acknowledge that many people have plunged their hands into the garden over the years and this is why it has been successful and abundant. We invite you all back and encourage others to attend, so we can learn the whakapapa of the trees you planted, hear your stories and honour your contribution to design its future.
Come along for a tour with Kate and Mike who are keen to work with the community to instigate regular get togethers, understand what the barriers are and start growing nutrient dense kai together!
We have the land, we just need your hands,

Kōrero and cuppa to follow, nau mai, haere mai
