Government House Auckland - Garden Tour

We are offering the opportunity to explore the gardens of Government House Auckland with our garden team. Government House Auckland gardens are listed as Gardens of National Significance by the New Zealand Gardens Trust. This tour is fully guided and free, but places must be booked in advance and ID is required for entry. Entry is only through the Savannah Street gate- near Eden Gardens. This tour is not suitable for people with limited mobility as it involves stairs. We can arrange a separate tour for anyone concerned about the terrain on request - email bookings@govthouse.govt.nz.

This tour will not go inside Government House Auckland.

Places can be arranged by emailing bookings@govthouse.govt.nz with the names of everyone in your group, their ages and a contact address and phone number. There are 15 places on each tour and they will be filled on a first come first-served basis. If your party is more than 6 people we can arrange a separate tour for you.
