Use your new knowledge to design your own gin formula. We'll help you at every step with expert guidance and starter recipes to add your own unique touch to.
Measure your gin botanicals, load your still and fire her up.
Enjoy tasting some NZ craft gins and lunch as your gin gently drips from your still.
