Get To The Point Community Gala

Get To The Point is a community fair held at the start of November each year in Pleasant Point, South Canterbury, New Zealand. Free entertainment for the kids... and everyone! We have about 100 market stalls and food vendors, plus Pleasant Point Historic Railway and Museum running, steam traction engines running, helicopter rides, shearing competition, Highland dancing competition, Tug o War competition, vintage and classic car show, miniature pony rides, face painting, magic show, roving entertainer, animal balloonist, unicyclist, 2 live bands, all day roving MC, $1000 voucher giveaway and weekend escape raffle draw. The fair is also an opportunity for local community groups to raise money, and for everyone to have a family fun day.
