The Marlborough Future of Work Conference is an exciting one-day event open to all Marlborough Year 11-13 students – with no cost to attend. In 2021 “Future of Work” will take place on Tuesday 8th June 2021 at the Marlborough Convention Centre – and the line-up will include:
- A headline keynote speaker – sharing stories of inspiring possibilities in the workforce of tomorrow;
- Workshop streams – smaller group sessions covering employability skillsets for the future (like how to write a killer CV, and get your foot in the door at your dream job);
- Inspiring stories - where young people developing bright career paths share their lessons with our youth; and
- Interactive industry stations – these industry demonstrations and interactive displays highlight technological tools and changes and a vast variety of career pathways. Attendees get to have a go with some pretty amazing tech* and open their eyes to some awe-inspiring possibilities.
