Full Moon Yoga & Live Music

Join musician, Roger Sanders, and yoga teacher, Lisa Allan, as they combine forces to bring you two hours of sublime restorative yoga poses and live music! Roger is traveling from Nelson with his didgeridoo, guitar, hang drum and more. He will improvise tones to take you deep inside yourself as Lisa makes sure you are nice and comfy in your supported yoga positions. All of this at the time of the full moon makes for a beautiful opportunity to shift anything you're wanting to shift inside of yourself. COST: $35
