Welcome to the 2021 Franklin Arts Trail "Open Studio" weekend.

There are over twenty studios and galleries between Big Bay on the Awhitu Peninsula, and Maraetai waiting to share their passion for making.

Discover the Franklin Districts amazing landscapes and vistas, from the steep valleys and views of the Awhitu Peninsula, to the miles of vegetables growing in Auckland's food bowl around Pukekohe, through Clevedon to the picturesque coast around Maraetai.

The Franklin Arts Trail aims to connect artists and art-lovers by providing a trail map and information to guide the visitor over two days in October.

It is our vision that the trail brings mutual satisfaction to both visitors exploring our beautiful Franklin region with its creative communities; and by providing Artists with opportunities to promote and sell their work.
