Floating Meditation with Sound Bowls

Relax and enjoy a one-hour healing meditation with crystal singing bowls hosted by Abby Meg from Heal & Be.
Cocooned in an aerial hammock, this unique experience will rejuvenate your body and mind.

Please wear comfortable clothing, no jeans, zips on garments or Jewellery to be worn. Socks are compulsory, we recommend bringing cosy bed socks and a blanket.

No prior aerial yoga experience required, we will guide you into the hammocks.

This session is suitable for pregnant ladies. If you would like to test position in the hammock prior to the session starting due to pregnancy or other factor limiting your movement, please 10mins early. We are more than happy to help you through a few positions to find the best one that works.
