Two chefs and one passion for game equals a memorable night of delicious Hawke’s Bay fare.
Chef Fraser McCarthy of Auckland's two-hatted Lillius Restaurant and Chef Regnar Christensen of Black Barn Bistro present an evening of game and fine Hawke's Bay wines.
Both chefs share not only a love of food and wine, but also a passion for the great outdoors and hunting game in New Zealand’s native bush.
Dishes will include game that can commonly be sourced and hunted within the Hawke’s Bay region matched with boutique local wines.
Ticket price includes: A glass of bubbles and snacks on arrival, four courses matched with one (75ml) local wine per course per person. Additional beverages will be available for purchase on the evening.

F.A.W.C! is a series of exceptional food and wine experiences set in stunning locations in Hawke’s Bay. Now in its tenth year, F.A.W.C! is a chance to get up close and personal with chefs and food producers, wine makers and the clever people that make up the Hawke’s Bay and New Zealand food and wine scene. F.A.W.C! Summer Series runs November, 5-14, 2021.
