Pink Lady® apples New Zealand are proud to bring this food styling and photographic workshop to the F.A.W.C! Summer Series. Multi award-winning food styling and photography duo Fiona Hugues and Manja Wachsmuth host this intimate workshop, showing you the tips and tricks of their refined craft.
Discover how they weave their creative process & give you exclusive access to how they shoot an editorial quality food image.

With an extensive client list that covers the who’s who of the foodie media world, Hugues and Wachsmuth have worked on innumerable magazine shoots, editorial projects and advertising campaigns. Fiona was named New Zealand’s Best Editorial Food Stylist and was shortlisted this year's International Pink Lady® Food Photographer of the Year Awards in the stylist category. Manja has numerous international accolades under her belt, including winning two second place wins in this year's International Pink Lady® Food Photographer of the year awards. She has photographed more than ten cookbooks, including the multi awarded Hiakai by Monique Fiso.

Watch as the duo perform an exclusive live editorial shoot talking through each step they make and allowing for opportunities for questions from the audience.

The shoot will be followed by a bespoke Pink Lady® apple inspired lunch put together by the talented Francky Godinho at St Georges Restaurant.

Enjoy a cocktail made with The Apple Press™ Pink Lady apple juice and amuse-bouche followed by lunch and dessert, with two glasses of wine.

Now in its tenth year, F.A.W.C! is a chance to get up close and personal with chefs and food producers, wine makers and the clever people that make up the Hawke’s Bay and New Zealand food and wine scene. F.A.W.C! Summer Series runs November, 5-14, 2021.
